Alexia Bennetts (Lexie) was first treated with acupuncture and Chinese medicine in her 20’s (1995) for sinus and menstrual problems and found it so effective she wanted to learn more. Lexie had seen western medicine doctors for these ailments, was given the usual pain medications, and was told some of these issues were just genetic and not likely to change much. After a couple months of treatment with Chinese medicine, she felt better than ever and knew this medicine was different and she would like to share this with others.
In 1999 she earned a diploma in acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Lexie especially enjoys treating pain, women’s issues, digestive problems, and sinus/allergy conditions. She collaborates with other physicians and healthcare providers to promote patients’ unique balance for health. She believes that in order to heal the mind, body, and spirit a combination of approaches and gentle care usually work best. With a degree in biology from CU Boulder, certification in Live blood analysis and more than 2800 hours with ongoing continuing education in Chinese Medicine, Lexie is able to provide a unique perspective to each patient’s healing. Lexie has enjoyed learning through the Electro-Acupuncture Institute in 2023 and 2024 so many new approaches to treatment, even after 24 years of practicing.
Lexie is grateful to the community for the success of her wellness clinic, noting “the main source of referrals is word-of-mouth from our happy and loyal clients.”
Lexie enjoys time with her family of four boys, cooking healthy meals, learning, and being out in nature.

healthy, happy lives. As a Registered Dietitian, Brett cut his teeth in the health world as a formulator

developing hundreds of products for over a dozen companies.
During that time Brett noted limitations to what his formulas could do to help people live their
healthiest lives. Understanding, as Albert Einstein famously stated, “Everything is energy”, Brett began
diving deeply into the world of subtle energy healing modalities. He has trained in a number of different
traditions, including “Healing Touch”, “Quantum Touch” and “Reiki”.
After a few years of dabbling in various modalities Brett chose to focus solely on Reiki. He has spent the
last 20 years studying and practicing this powerful energetic healing art. He takes great joy in helping
people enhance and align their energetic systems, which naturally leads to autonomous healing of the
physical body.

intently to your personal story, then use an intuitive approach to guide his treatments to help you attain
whatever health goals you have set for yourself.

I have been an esthetician almost half my life following a short stint in Advertising right out of college! I currently hold an esthetics license in California and Colorado although my training and beginnings in the industry started in Chicago, IL. Throughout my work experience in this field I’ve worked in a salon/spa setting, a medical spa setting, I’ve worked as a product trainer and product developer for a professional skincare company and direct to consumer brand, plus created my own skincare line. My experience has been colorful and vast working in esthetics and skincare, and one consistent and underlying passion that I have brought with me throughout my years in this industry is simple yet so impactful - to help your skin thrive. I want your skin to be the most balanced, clear, hydrated and comfortable that it can be with that consistent “facial glow” that comes from factors like good nutrition, good skincare and targeted skin treatments. In the treatment room, I have a soft spot for utilizing functional yet clean skincare, microdermabrasion and LED. I also love a good brow wax. I cannot wait to meet you and get to know you and your skin!
